1. Does Christian Art Workshop ship to my country?

Due to shipping restrictions, we deliver to nearly every country worldwide, with the exceptions listed below. We sincerely apologise for this limitation and will continue working to expand our shipping coverage.

2. How much will shipping cost me?

Free shipping is available on all orders over €60.
For all other orders, shipping rates are as follows:

• €5.99 (0 kg – 1 kg)
• €9.99 (1 kg – 2 kg)
• €13.99 (2 kg – 3 kg)
• €17.99 (over 3 kg)

P.S. We run site‑wide free‑shipping promotions during sale seasons, so keep an eye out!

Important Notes:

1. The €60 free‑shipping threshold applies only to full‑price items. Final shipping fees are calculated at checkout and depend on product weight as well as your delivery location. We always strive to keep shipping costs reasonable; however, rates are set by our courier partners. Shipping charges will still apply even for free promotional items.

3. When can I expect to receive my order?

Total delivery time = Processing time + Transit time
(Delays from customs checks, weekends, public holidays or unexpected events are not included in this estimate)

• Order processing time: 2‑5 business days
  (P.S. Some more intricate rosary designs require 6‑10 business days for production.)
• Standard shipping transit time: 10‑20 business days

Incorrect shipping details

If you have entered an incorrect delivery address or contact information, please get in touch with our customer support within 2 hours of placing your order.
Please note that customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Once your parcel has been processed and dispatched, address changes or reroutes are no longer possible.

4. How do I track my order?

As soon as your order ships, we will send you a confirmation email containing your tracking details.
You may then visit https://t.17track.net/en#nums to monitor your shipment status.

5. My order shows as shipped, yet no tracking updates are available — why?

Many of our products are handcrafted in Tibet or Nepal before being handed over to our shipping carrier. After dispatch, your tracking number will be uploaded to your order page.
International transit means it can take 3‑5 business days for your parcel to arrive at our international shipping hub airport. No movement updates will be generated during the domestic transport stage from Tibet or Nepal to this hub. Tracking information will only refresh once the package has arrived and been scanned at the international facility.
There is no cause for concern; please allow 3‑5 days for your tracking data to update.

6. What if my parcel never arrives?

If you have not received your package 60 days after its dispatch date, please email us at contact@mail.eu.christianartworkshop.com.
We will either resend your order or issue you a full refund.

Return/Refund Conditions
1. Customers have 14 days from the date of receiving to change your mind and return the items.
2. Items returned must be unopened or in good condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that has been opened, damaged, or altered in any way.If the item you received is defective/wrong,please provide the corresponding order number and pictures of the items received at .

3. We do not accept returned items that are sent back by you directly without checking with us first.Before returning an item, you need to contact us and submit a request. We will then provide the return address via email.
4. Return shipping costs: The buyer bears the return or exchange shipping costs.Shipping costs are non-refundable.If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.(Note:If the shipping is free, we will also need to deduct the corresponding logistics costs when refunding.）

5. The after-sale warranty is 14 days upon receiving the parcel(according to the logistic information).
Quality problems of the product are found within the after-sale warranty, please contact us immediately and send us clear pictures of the defective item. We can replace it after checking.Please do not throw the box and packages before your problem is solved.
 
Return/Refund Process
1. Please send an email to contact@mail.eu.christianartworkshop.com first and we will write back to you as soon as possible.Please tell us the details of your order in the email: your name, order number, and reason.
2. Place the item(s) in the original packing.
Returning the product is allowed if the packaging is in good condition and the product is not opened so that it does not influence the second sale.
3. Drop off your package at your carrier.
Please provide tracking number and website for tracking the logistic info after you return the parcel to us.
4. We receive your return package.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will check the parcel whether in good condition or not once and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@mail.eu.christianartworkshop.com

Shipping
To return your product, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
